Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Create an account and use the free plan with no upfront payment. You can add a subscription or pay-as-you-go credit packs later from the app.
What is the difference between subscription and pay as you go?
Subscriptions include a set amount of video minutes and AI chat messages each month (or year), plus product features that depend on the tier. Pay as you go means you buy minute packs and message packs when you need extra usage beyond your plan, starting at $10 per purchase.
How much does pay-as-you-go cost?
Video packs are sold at $10, $20, $50, and $100 with more minutes per dollar on larger packs (for example, about $0.06 per minute on the $100 video pack). Message packs use the same dollar tiers with different message counts. A payment fee may apply at checkout.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer Basic, Starter, and Pro plans with monthly or yearly billing, shown with exact prices in the app. Optional lifetime purchase options may also appear there. Apple and Google subscriptions are managed in your app store account.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased minute and message balances shown in the app are separate from your monthly subscription allowance. Subscription usage resets each billing period; check the app for details on your balances.
How does bulk transcription work?
Higher plans include bulk transcription so you can queue multiple videos. Limits depend on your plan. See the app for current caps.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund directly from your account console within 3 days of purchase or before completing 3 transcription processes, whichever comes first. It is self-service with no need to contact support.
