GetTranscribe provides AI-powered transcription services for videos from platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The Service processes video content to generate text transcriptions.
3. User Registration
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The transcriptions generated by the Service are provided for your use, but the technology and systems that power the Service remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetTranscribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
